Wednesday Painting Class
Discussion and demo: Using vine charcoal, selecting a composition with the still life set up and finding tonal values. Short class – time to sketch out the still life set up and begin to block in paint.

Thursday Sculpting Class
No sculpting class this week. These days we are working on a project that requires knowledge of the human body so I went to Science City and bought a model skeleton – unfortunately they were out of musculature charts.
Friday Life Drawing Class
Two classes combined and with no model showing up for either class, the teachers modeled for gesture and for contour drawings.
